Evaluate the workplace environment for all local operations & subsidiaries, and develop safety-management policies that identify and define the safety responsibilities of all employees. • Ensure that workplace safety tools and equipment meet industry standards and installed properly, as defined by the Occupational Safety and Health standards and regulations. • Periodically inspect and evaluate the environment, equipment, and processes in working areas to ensure compliance with Civil Defense and government safety regulations and industry standards. • Investigate unfortunate safety hazard incidents, establish the causes and recommend appropriate preventive action against a recurrence. • Establish a mechanism to report accidents & situations that present a risk and which they cannot properly deal with on their own. • Definition, preparation and coordination of training programs for employees to continually maintain and educate an appropriate level of awareness, knowledge, and preparedness across the organization. • Prepare monthly reports and make presentations to senior management and administrators indicating periodic workplace inspection results and workers' response to safety incidents. • Conduct periodic site visits with relevant stakeholders per each subsidiaries & facilities management (quality assurance officers and/or operational business teams and General Managers) to provide onsite assessment and advisory, communicating effectively during onsite inspections. • Analyze HSE reports to detect weaknesses in the safety management program and propose & implement appropriate measures for incremental improvement.
