Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join their team in Dubai.
This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on developing HR departments, crafting policies and procedures from scratch, and managing full-scale generalist HR tasks. The successful candidate will be an expert in UAE labour law, with a strong focus on stakeholder management and the ability to effectively partner with the business to drive and develop HR strategy and policy.
- Opportunity to shape and develop the HR department
- Responsibility for creating HR policies and procedures from scratch
- Expertise in UAE labour law required
- Arabic speaking - preferred
