Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives
Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and fairness
Handle employee grievances and mediate disputes between employees

Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
Stay updated on UAE labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance
