- Conduct individualized tutoring sessions to cater to each child's unique learning needs.
- Assist with all subjects, focusing on conceptual understanding, homework, and assignment guidance.
- Prepare structured lesson plans to optimize each learning session.
- Monitor the students' academic progress and provide feedback to both the students and their parents.
- Foster an enriching learning environment, stimulating curiosity, and a genuine passion for learning.
- Engage in regular dialogue with parents about any areas of concern, improvement, or suggestions for additional resources.
- Stay updated with the curriculum and instructional methods of Al Ansar College.
