- Develop and execute health and safety plans.
- Enforce policies establishing a culture of health and safety.
- Evaluate practices, procedures, and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law.
- Conduct training for health and safety matters.
- Monitor H&S compliance to policies and laws by carrying out regular inspections.
- Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions.
- Manage all worker’s compensation claims.
- Recommend solutions, improvements, and prevention measures.
