• Minimum of a bachelors degree in education or related subject
  
• Valid teaching license
  
• At least 5 years of experience within a leadership role
  
• Ability to coach and inspire an international team of educators
  
• Experience teaching internationally is preferred
  
• Interested in living in China and working at a school committed to developing bilingual and bicultural students
  
• British and IB curriculum experience is preferred
