- Maintain or exceed current trajectory for the Men’s business to deliver 300+% revenue growth, while maintaining or improving current margins
- Expand current Men’s category assortment by adding 500 new SKUs to site, meeting the Quince definition of quality, margins, and ethics
- Build a long term Men’s product roadmap that is constantly refined/ updated with new information and learnings
- Design and build the cross functional and direct teams needed to ensure long term success
