NEW JOB - Were HIRING! Head of Marketing, Sharjah, UAE: Our Semi Government client is looking for an Emirati Head of Marketing to develop and oversee the execution of their marketing, communications, and outreach campaigns that create greater awareness of its mission, engage entrepreneurship ecosystem stakeholders, enhance its role as a respected leader in local, regional, and global entrepreneurship ecosystem building, and fosters partner engagement.
The Head of Marketing will work collaboratively with internal teams as well as with a large, growing network of partners developing, implementing, and measuring a comprehensive communications, marketing, and outreach plan.
The role involves tactical implementation of marketing, communications, and outreach efforts, both internal and external, to ensure consistent promotion of the companies programs and impact to all constituencies while leading, managing, and inspiring a team. The role also involves overseeing day-to-day marketing and events activities under tight deadlines and changing needs of the business program and teams.
Required Education Minimum of a Bachelor s in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business, Management, Finance, Business, Engineering, or Computer Science from an accredited University. b. Desirable: Masters in a related field, or MBA.
Knowledge Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Event Strategy and Execution, Strategic Implementation, Public Speaking, Leadership, Team Management, Coaching Communication, Customer Service, Problem Solving, Creativity, Negotiation, Conflict Management, Interpersonal, Networking, Partnerships and People Management.
Ability To deliver effective projects, to manage media and external agents, to manage and lead teams, handle difficult situations, communicate, convince, to train, present, negotiate, reflect, report.
Experience Essential: 7 to 10 years of experience in related marketing field or director position. b. Desirable: experience in a startup advisory role or any form of entrepreneurial experience.
