Head of Laboratory Services Unit

• Plan, manage and supervise the activities of Medical Laboratories across DHAMAN's Hospital which includes performing tests in biological, microbiological, clinical biochemistry, histology, hematology, and Cytology.

• in medical laboratory to assure their delivery in an accurate and timely fashion using proper safety precautions.

• Establish excellent business relationships and communication channels with a third-party service provider, negotiate Medical Laboratory service contracts and develop contracting and pricing arrangements.

• Review the operating results of the Medical Laboratory function and follow-up to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to correct insufficient results.

• Manage and monitor the Medical Laboratory activities outsourced to external third party to ensure its performing and acting according to the terms and specifications that were agreed on in the contract.
