As Head Chef, you will be the powerhouse in the kitchen, leading our guests’ tooth buds and delivering a unique dining experience throughout all venues.
You’ll also ensure quality, kitchen maintenance, and inventory functions in line with Hotel Indigo’s high standards making sure your operations run smoothly.
We are in search of an individual who is not afraid to question the norm, tackle challenges head on, from different angles and who anspires to be part of a young, dynamic and eclectic team.
