• Signs off the departing guest in accordance with applicable standards • Sell rooms to guests who are not allowed in and be responsible for all active and day to day facilities issues • Responsible for the cash count and cashing of checks and promissory notes in foreign currencies for the hotel guest in accordance with the credit policy • Dealing with colleagues from all departments, particularly housekeeping, finance and reservations • Ensure that the guest service desk is operationally prepared and stocked at all times to be available to guests as a point of contact • Maintaining the privacy of all guests by ensuring that no details of guests are disclosed • Demonstrate a full understanding of the hotel's policies, procedures, and service standards and have a thorough knowledge of the hotel's facilities and events
