We are looking for a Unix Shell (KSG) Engineer to join our team in one of our Clients, Eurocontrol -

Requirements

In the Role of the KSH Perl Expert the requirements are:

• Highly skilled Unix shell preferably Korn Shell (ksh) and Perl expert having
  extensive experience in script development and
• Self learner and proactive able to start without handholding especially in technical area of Unix shell and
  
• Will be responsible to maintain (evolve and debug) application built in house based on Perl and Korn
  

Must have Requirements: (Demonstrable experience required)

• Hands on experience (10 Years +) of development of bash
  
• Hands on experience (10 Years +) Perl
  
• Hands on experience (10 Years +) with Scripts scripts for maintaining and supporting and debugging in-house application
  
• Ability to work in complex ecosystem involving application development
  based on perl scripts running in korn shell
• Will be required to response to a use case test as part of the selection
  
• Strong technical knowledge in Unix shell (Korn), Perl both development and
  
• Solid technical knowledge of Software configuration management
  
• Very good experience with ClearCase
  
• EU Nationals Only

Benefits

Location: Fully remote

Daily rate: 518 EUR Gross/ Day - all inclusive with NET30 payment

Years of experience: 10+

Contract Duration: 1 year with Extensions up to 6 years as that is how long the project has been planned

LEVEL OF EDUCATION Bachelor and master s degree on relevant field of interest KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Following skills and knowledge are required for the performance of the above listed tasks: Good knowledge of the legal framework for the use of trust services: the Electronic Identification and Trust Services Regulation (eIDAS Regulation 910/2014/EC) Good knowledge of open standards for service discovery: Business Document Metadata Service Location (BDXL), Service Metadata Publishing (SMP)Good knowledge of testing tools: SonarQube, Selenium WebDriver, Serenity, TestLink, JMeter Good knowledge of message format standards: XML, XSD, XPATH, WSDL, JSON, JSON schema Good knowledge of the Java platform: garbage collection strategies, memory spaces, class loaders, serialization, multi-threading, syntax and semantics of the Java language, APIs of the Java Development Kit Good knowledge of databases, directories and transactions: SQL, LDAP, ACID, XA Good knowledge of operations including networking, hardware and operating systems: TCP/IP, Linux, databases, directories, shell scripts, virtualisation, load balancers, reverse proxies, web application firewalls, HSM, TPM SPECIFIC EXPERTISE: Following specific expertise is mandatory for the performance of tasks: At least 10 years of experience with PL/SQL ( competence level 5) SAML and OIDC experience, Authentication and Authorization, Cryptography, Web Security - competence level 5 CERTIFICATIONS & STANDARDS: Following certificates & standards are required for the performance of tasks: Oracle Database: SQL Certified Expert Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate
