Rixos Premium Saadiyat is a luxury hotel located in Abu Dhabi UAE. The hotel is committed to providing exceptional guest experiences and has a team of highly skilled and experienced staff. We seek a passionate and experienced Guest Relations Manager to join their team.
Job Summary:
The Guest Relations Manager oversees and manages all aspects of guest relations at Rixos Premium Saadiyat. This includes greeting and welcoming guests handling guest s complaints and coordinating special events. The Guest Relations Manager is also responsible for ensuring that all guests have a positive and memorable experience at the hotel.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet escort and bid farewell to guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest complaints and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Resolve guest issues and concerns to the guests satisfaction
- Compile and analyse guest feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement guest relations strategies
- Coordinate special events and VIP activities
- Oversee the work of Guest Service Representatives and Lobby Hostesses
- Maintain a clean and wellorganised guest relations area
- Adhere to all Rixos policies and procedures
Requirements
Qualifications:
- University degree in Hotel Management or a related field
- 24 years of experience as guest relations manager in a luxury hotel setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problemsolving and conflictresolution skills
- Fluent in Russian or German
