GRP Technician

Manufacturing: Fabricate GRP components according to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards. This involves laying up fiberglass materials, applying resins, and using molds to create finished products.

Molding: Prepare molds for production, ensuring they are clean, properly coated with release agents, and free from defects. Monitor the curing process to ensure proper bonding and curing of GRP materials.

Trimming and Finishing: Trim excess materials from finished parts using hand or power tools. Sand, grind, and polish surfaces to achieve the desired finish and dimensions.

Repair: Identify and repair defects or damage in GRP components, such as cracks, delamination, or surface imperfections. Use appropriate repair techniques and materials to restore the integrity and appearance of the parts.
