- Develop creative ideas, designs, and illustrations aligned with the design brief and brand identity
- Research new ideas and inspirations thoroughly, outlining their thought process to create works with depth and synergy
- Collaborate with team members to co-create in-depth Design, Brand and Interior manuals for new and existing concepts
- Create works of high quality, standard and creative integrity that inspire.
- Receive feedback maturely and objectively; flexible with amendments and options required.
- Present ideas and creative works in a professional manner.
- Liaise and collaborate with other creative team members, suppliers, and printers.
- Maintain strong team relationships with fellow graphic designers and copywriters as well as marketing counterparts.
- Participate in creative brainstorming session for existing and new concepts.
- Able to create works that are easily adaptable to 3D products/packaging and interiors.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting demanding deadlines, producing high quality work.
- Assist in art direction for photo shoots.
