- Able to take characters and animate them fully with handkey, including transitions, while achieving a balance between animation fidelity and gameplay responsiveness.
- Collaborate with directors, game team, management, and production to realise the vision of the game while adhering to metric and schedule.
- Share tips and creative solutions for animation best practices.
- Proactively identify potential risks to delivery timelines.
- Give feedback to riggers and technical animators to produce most optimal results.
- Work in a global cross functional combat team, reporting to the design lead responsible for the backlog of the team.
- Take ownership of your work and guide it to successful completion from start to finish with minimum supervision.
- Efficient with Mocap cleanup
