Job Description
ITP Media Group is one of the largest media companies in the Middle East with a portfolio of more than 100 brands. We deliver quality real time content to our audiences viewers delegates and guests through digital print events awards video content social media platforms and social media influencers. These brands include a range of major names from Time Out and Hotelier Middle East to Commercial Interior Design and Harper s Bazaar
Responsibilities:
- Understand and apply basic accounting principles relating to accounts payable
- Process purchase orders
- Ensures accounts payable invoices are accurate properly coded and authorized for payment.
- Ensures completeness and accuracy of all accounts payable databases and files including monthly periodic and annual reconciliation of control accounts
- Ensures accurate processing to accounts in compliance with appropriate policies and procedures with correct application of taxes.
- Liaise with other departments / Customers / Vendors
- File organize and maintain files
Requirements
Requirements:
- Commerce graduate with more than 3 years of experience
- Microsoft Excel skills
- Good communication
