PERFORMANCE The following sections specify the Program Development, Specified Tasks, & Special Events for the

.1 CATHOLIC SERVICE MUSIC The director is responsible for directingthe Catholic choir at all weekly Sunday Catholic Normal services consist ofapproximately 60 minutes of The director shall be present thirty (30) minutes prior to the commencement of the Catholic service to rehearse with the choir/band, as well as to coordinate any last minute service The director is responsible to set up and tear down all equipment, materials, and supplies necessary for use during the Sunday The director shall understand that service times and content could possibly change due to military mission requirements levied on the chapel staff, the evolving needs of the worship community, or the appointment of a newly assigned Chaplin to the worship In the case of a service cancellation the director will be given at a minimum a 24 hour notice of the scheduled service The director shall direct and lead a wide range of musical selections to include traditional or contemporary styles all of which will be tailored to meet the worship and liturgical needs of the particular

.2 CATHOLIC SERVICE MUSIC The director is responsible for directing a weekly choir Normal rehearsal duration is sixty (60) - seventy-five (75) The director will supply all music selections for the upcoming week to the Non Commissioned Officer in Charge (NCOIC) of Chapel Operations no later than 1600 local each Friday for the Sunday service for The director is responsible for scheduling chapel facilities for rehearsals with the NCOIC of Chapel Operations and shall maintain rehearsal areas neat and The director shall provide the NCOIC of Chapel Operations with a monthly schedule of rehearsal dates and All rehearsals shall be conducted in an orderly manner, protecting chapel facilities and furniture from inordinate damage and ensuring the safety of all persons present at the
