- Training Program Development: Design, develop, and implement standardized training programs, including SOPs, manuals, and training materials, tailored to the specific needs of our operations team.
- SOPs and Manuals Creation: Create detailed SOPs and training manuals covering various aspects of restaurant operations, central kitchen procedures, and logistics operations, ensuring clarity and consistency in processes and procedures.
- Training Material Development: Develop engaging and interactive training materials, such as presentations, videos, and e-learning modules, to support the delivery of training programs across multiple locations.
