Skills Provision is searching for a Field Product Manager for a company in the Middle East.

• Define price strategy to meet market requirements in the region
• Drive new product launches to meet the profit plan
• Initiate new product developments on commercial construction and distribution
• Manage product improvements to match business requirements.
• Incharge of competitive assessments in the region to identify and work on gap closure.
• Be the owner of product data to make products ready to sell in the region.
• Provide support on configurations tools and software.
• Provide support to the sales team on key projects with customised solutions.
• Ensure products follow local trademarks legislation.
• Make available all marketing literature for the sales team.
• Provide training on new products
• Provide product training for new joiners.
• Jointly with sales develop new customers partnerships.

• Should be an electrical engineering graduate with minimum 10 years experience.
• Good presentation skills with strong technical knowledge.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Sound knowledge of Middle East markets and channels.
• Willing to travel.
• Person who commands respect.
• An influential character with strong negotiating skills.
• A natural seller.
