A successful and growing Healthcare Management team is seeking a qualified Nurse practitioner to join its team in the Primary Care division. The candidate will provide high-quality primary care to geriatric patients in a Long-Term Care facility in Orangeville, PA. The candidate shall be passionate and eager to work with the population and have background LTC/geriatric care experience.

Schedule:

Part-time

3 days per week

8-hour shifts

No on-call requirement

No weekends

Valid NP license in the state of PA.

Board Certification

Primary Care exp. preferred

LTC experience preferred

Responsible and reliable

You will:

Manage all Primary Care related consults

Conduct physical exams

Prescribe medication and drugs

Reach an informed diagnosis based on the medical knowledge and the patient s medical history

Check in with patients who have acute issues and establish a follow-up plan

Demonstrate competency in planning and preparing for the care of the residents

Compensation:
