Job Description

Job responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support by preparing correspondences, presentations & reports, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls.
  • Conducting research, compile data and handle information requests as and when required as instructed.
  • Responsible for proactively collaborating with board members to set up meetings, giving proper notice/invitation of any meetings.
  • Prepares full minutes of the all meetings, presentations and agendas & promptly distributing materials pre-post meetings.
  • Ensures allcritical documents are organized, safely stored, and records are maintained for readily accessible.
  • Must always have up-to-date contact information for every board and staff members.
  • Set up and oversee administrative policies and procedures.
  • Meet with individuals, special interest groups, and others on behalf of executives, committees, and boards of directors.
  • Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.

Qualification / Requirements:

  • Age under 35 years
  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience in Kuwait working as executive assistant, office manager, or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication skills both written and verbal in Arabic & English is mandatory.
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent preferred but Diploma holders can also apply
  • High level of maturity and experience working with executive leadership.
  • Works well in both team oriented and self-directed environments.
  • Complete work quickly, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office, and openness to learning other office and communication tools as needed.
  • Available to join immediately and must have transferable visa.
