- Coordinate additional test requirements for hardware/software and patches
- Working as a SPOC (Single Point Of Contact) between external partner and Infrastructure team regarding test environments for Project and Maintenance
- Test environment coordination
- Ensuring that test team has the right preconditions (regarding installed versions)
- Ability to work autonomously and work in an undefined environment and be self-sufficient in delivery
- Ensure environments documented and procedures to facilitate application installs ready for handover to operational teams.
- Working with continuous improvements of way of working and service delivery
- Put the test environment into place before test executions.
- Provide input to and coordination activities to improve the test environments
- Provide test environment support for individual projects
- Lead or support in the solution of test environment disturbances
- Report status in the test environment complexes
