- At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in surgical/endoscopic medical device and equipment sales in the local or global market
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and healthcare professionals
- Ambitious, self-driven, and motivated individual with a strong ability to work independently and with a team
- Good English and Arabic language skills with excellent presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
