- Develop and implement tailored solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Education Cloud, aligning with the university's evolving needs.
- Engage constructively with cross-functional teams such as marketing, admissions, IT, and student services to establish optimized workflows and automations.
- Continually stay abreast of the latest Salesforce trends and innovations, integrating them into our operations as appropriate.
- Conduct training sessions to ensure internal stakeholders can adequately and successfully navigate and leverage our Salesforce tools.
