Job Description

- Serve as the primary transportation contact for the e-commerce and omnichannel divisions regarding all carrier related business needs
- Serve as the transportation SME to support e-commerce and omnichannel projects
- Work closely with e-Commerce staff during code deployments, troubleshooting efforts
- Evolve the web analytics implementation to feed and drive the customization of internal dashboards and reports to meet business objectives and manage to best practices standards
- Serve as the transportation expert to support e-commerce and omnichannel projects
- Support the EU Analytics Manager in diverse EU projects in the fields of business analytics, ad hoc data requests, database integration
- Represent Quality Assurance during project planning
- Complete first-round QA on our development instance
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business users globally
- Gather data from a variety of sources and work with the various business stakeholders to create reporting that will inform promotional strategies, sales trends
