Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a diversified group of companies in the Middle East. Our client is looking to hire a Senior Legal Counsel. You will be responsible for providing a broad range of in-house legal services across countries in the operating region, but primarily supporting Egypt s legal needs of the Client.
- Talented and highly motivated lawyer to support our rapidly growing and evolving businesses in Egypt.
- Collaborate with local business leaders, advising on legal risks, business strategies and other issues.
- Draft, review or comment on specific contracts and agreements including bid documentation, project, corporate and finance documentation and supporting other departments within the group on matters such as IT, insurance, HR and audit.
- Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics
- Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces.
- Ensure compliance with the internal controls, statutory regulations and other formalities

Requirements
- Bachelor s Degree in law (Specialization in Corporate / Commercial Law preferred) from a recognized jurisdiction.
- Minimum 6 - 8 years of experience in-house or a combination of both international law firm and multinational group.
- General knowledge of the corporate and commercial laws of Egypt
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in oral and written Arabic is essential.
