Define and follow e-retail KPIs et ensure targets are met.
• Analyze activity performances and make recommendations for future activities or adaptations.
• Regularly track competitive landscape and put in place innovative strategies where applicable (media, product page enhancements, new digital programs, CRM mechanics, …)
• Ensures guidelines from the E-Retail Global team are followed and implemented.
• Provide monthly reports to HQ team including retailer activity, sell thru results, and competitive analysis.
• Commercialize traffic brought to Retailers.com
• Facilitate timely product launches on retailers.com.
• Manage E-Retailers co-op budget & allocations: on-site Media co-funded discounts, GWPs, sampling, etc.
• Develop e-retail strategy & e-trade activations while considering other sales channels (omni-channel approach), in line with the marketing strategy.
• Proactively identify new opportunities to improve operational efficiency and grow the e-retail business.
• Set a yearly activation calendar for each retailer in alignment with the retail marketing team. Provide overall and tactical strategies, per retailer, for retailer market meetings.
• Oversee integration of e-retail assets (Copy, Pack Shots, etc) into retailers.com, review and optimize product range, and ensure quality and quantity of online assortment and online shelf/visual merchandising.
• Maintain the most recent products, promotions, and information on Retailer.com sites — removing items when they are no longer available and/or expired, including product and content, and adding new SKUs/Ranges when they are launched.
• Ensure digital implementations and media plans are aligned with trade activity and that a large proportion of media effectively drives to retailers.com.
