Job Description

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in E-commerce environments, preferably in the Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry
- Hands-on experience with marketplaces like Amazon, Noon.com, etc.
- Experience with Shopify, Magento or any other E-commerce platforms and website CMS systems
- Ability to manage and analyze data, generate insights to drive sales and revenue, and to monitor and optimize user experience, funnel performance, and site traffic
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and online advertising
- Experience with project management, collaboration, and communication tools like Asana, Slack, Jira, and Trello
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-first mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
