We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Dynamic CRM/ Customer Engagement (CE) Specialist to join our dynamic team.


Job Description:

Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) is a part of the broader Dynamics 365 suite which is a collection of cloudbased business applications developed by Microsoft. Dynamics 365 CE specifically focuses on customer relationship management (CRM) and includes various modules and tools designed to help businesses manage their sales marketing customer service and field service operations.

Some key components and features of Dynamics 365 CE include:

1. Sales: Helps sales teams manage leads opportunities and accounts track interactions with customers forecast sales and automate sales processes.

2. Marketing: Provides tools for creating and executing marketing campaigns managing leads segmenting customers and analyzing marketing performance.

3. Customer Service: Enables organizations to deliver personalized customer service experiences manage cases track service interactions and provide support across multiple channels.

4. Field Service: Supports organizations that provide onsite services by optimizing scheduling dispatching resources managing work orders and enabling technicians to access relevant information in the field.

5. Project Service Automation: Helps businesses deliver projects on time and within budget by planning and tracking project activities managing resources and monitoring project profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to align with the specific requirements of our real estate business.
  • Develop and maintain CRM workflows forms and templates to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Configure and integrate thirdparty applications with Dynamics CRM to enhance functionality and usability.
  • Provide training and support to endusers to ensure effective utilization of the CRM system.
  • Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to ensure smooth operation.
  • Stay updated on the latest CRM trends and best practices to recommend improvements and enhancements.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to analyze data and provide insights into sales and marketing activities.
  • Customize CRM reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and measure the success of business initiatives.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize CRM processes to streamline operations and improve user experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Customer Engagement (CE) in the real estate industry.
  • Proficiency in customizing Dynamics CRM entities forms workflows and plugins.
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining CRM systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Experience with integrating thirdparty applications and tools with Dynamics CRM.
  • Familiarity with real estate business processes and terminology is preferred.
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification is a plus.
