Job Description

- Establish and maintain an organized and secure document control system ensuring the accuracy, quality, and integrity of documents.
- Facilitate the smooth flow of documents between various departments, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure document control processes are implemented and adhered to throughout the life cycle of projects.
- Assist in preparing reports and summaries for management, highlighting any issues or discrepancies identified in document control audits.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, such as clients, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring timely distribution and receipt of documents.
- Support department heads and project managers in creating, reviewing, and editing documents to maintain consistency in style and format.
- Provide training to new employees on the document control system, fostering adherence to company policies and best practices.
- Monitor retention schedules for documents and facilitate the archiving and disposal of documents in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Utilize Document Management Systems (DMS) to track documents, maintain document histories, and ensure the timely approval and distribution of documents.
