- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in public relations, marketing, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication and marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of media landscape, public relations practices, and marketing principles.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and engage with diverse audiences.
- Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt to changing trends.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Proficiency in using digital tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic; proficiency in both languages is required.
