The director of sales will plan and execute a strategy to achieve our 2025 forecasts revenue forecasts. He/she is expected to have a long term strategy for the growth of the business into new territories and cities, and execute the strategy by leading sales and guiding the marketing function. With a dotted line to sales function, the marketing function will report to and be guided by the Director of Sales Development for B2B inbound and outbound lead generation. • Create sales development processes that allow for scale • Work with lean budgets
• Research and monitor competitors, and identify new trends • Create a strategy to engage with existing clients. Understand client behavior and trends and report how clients prefer to engage, and grow engagement • Measure our value from client perspective • Develop relations with the industry • Establish partnerships • Generate new SQL leads from references and industry meetings • Successful conversion of SQL to meetings • Successful conversion of meetings to proposals • Successful conversion of proposals to wins • Complete tender documents • Listen to customer pain points • Create a solution based proposal and value statement • Deliver results despite challenges
• Suggest and contribute to corporate sales materials and collateral for use in sales engagements
• Ability to lead and coach a sales team
• Prepare Sales Plan and Strategy.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent is required. Experience : 5+ Years of Experience in Sales Development in Real Estate & Properties Industry , in regards to the below : .
Solid understanding of UAE B2B market .
Has successful track record of at least growing revenues by at least $2 million in one year from property management sales .
Experience in generating new business for property management in Dubai, must have solid contacts in the market, at least 3 years of signing up new property management contracts.
