- System Architecture and Strategy: Develop and execute the roadmap for GTM systems, including our Sales CRM, Customer Success platform, sales productivity tools, and other relevant applications.
- Optimization and Integration: Continuously optimize existing systems, processes, and tools to drive efficiency and scalability across Sales and Customer Success functions. Integrate systems for seamless data flow, customer journeys, and reporting.
- Collaboration and Alignment: Partner closely with leadership on key initiatives identified in the business to ensure business delivery and audit compliance.
- Develop system governance and design that adapts to speed of a high-growth business
