- Development and execution of global clinical studies in line with corporate objectives.
- Leadership and direction of a team of clinical operational support personnel including internal and field clinical operations.
- Close collaboration with Therapy Development and Marketing partners to ensure clear alignment on strategy, objective setting and study execution timelines.
- Support the development and timely submission of clinical study protocols in collaboration with Program Management, Scientific and Medical Affairs, Quality and Regulatory.
- Collaborates with Program Management to identify and help resolve resource constraints and/or conflicts that affect multiple projects within and across program(s) and geographies.
