Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the top-tier developers in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Executive to play a key role in driving brand awareness and customer acquisition through a range of digital channels including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization, and display advertising.
- Develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email, search, and display advertising
- Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
- Manage email campaigns including the creation of email templates, list management, and automation
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and report on key metrics
- Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to support marketing initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience working in the Hospitality or Retail sector is preferred
-Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other digital marketing tools, as well as CRM systems
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
-Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Fluent written & verbal communication in English, Arabic is a plus.
