Your day to day

As Digital & Marketing Manager you will be responsible for marketing and brand building strategies for the hotel both online and offline to drive measurable growth.

• Champion the implementation of the voco brand in the hotel ensure adherence to voco brand standards in marketing materials across all channels and in hotel collaterals.
• Implement Marketing and Advertising campaigns required for short term and long term revenue generation.
• Provide digital channel strategies to support sales marketing and revenue plans.
• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.
• Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company websites.
• Track conversion rates and make performance enhancements.
• Utilise a range of techniques including Paid Search SEO PPC and Remarketing.
• Identify define and target key audiences / demographics on digital platforms.
• Distribute compelling keywords ad copy photo and video contents aligned to each hotels unique positioning via multiple digital channels.
• Plan monitor and report digital channel performance
• Keep up to date with industry trends in terms of operations and marketing activity for the relevant regions to stay ahead in the market.
• Research customer opinion and behaviour in order to provide better service and preferred marketing activity for our customers through social media monitoring and engagement and reviewing customer feedback through all other channels.

What we need from you

• 23 years experience in a similar role hotel experience is an advantage
• An ability and a passion to manage multiple stakeholders across a diverse number of marketing projects
• Proven knowledge and experience in Search Engine Marketing.
• Working knowledge of SEO for websites blogs and social media accounts.
