- Test, troubleshoot, and diagnose defective boards to the component level utilizing electronic measurement and test equipment.
- Travel between client sites to perform c-arm imaging for surgery centers, pain management cases, and cadaver training labs.
- Assist surgery department when needing intra-operative ultrasound.
- Lead fluoroscopic technologist for diagnostic radiology section at SAMMC.
- Screen patients and scan patients in MRI.
- Perform EKG testing on both inpatients and outpatients.
- Offer radiology services to the patients of every age.
- Perform RNA and DNA extraction by using Qiagen kit.
- Perform safe radiation protection procedures and always maintain ALARA.
- Perform cardiology and EKG procedures as directed by medical staff.
- Train to use the PACS system which is used hospital-wide.
- Perform cardiac ultrasound, ECG, and RTM on patients.
- Revise the EEG prep sheet for patients to eliminate confusing and intimidating language.
- Perform standard and complex electroencephalographic (EEG) procedures, nerve conduction tests, and other tests as needed.
- Complete portable radiography in various forms from routine chest x-rays to trauma x-ray films
