You will be updated with latest job alerts via email1. Contribute to the preparation of the operational plan and the estimated budget of activities and ensure that they are in conformity with the operational plan of the Department and approved by the Director of Management
2. Supervising the implementation of the management's operational plan, monitoring the disbursement of expenditures, periodic follow-up of performance indicators and review of completion rates
3. Participating with the Human Resources Department in selecting and recruiting department staff and directing new employees enrolled in the department.
4. Decision-making on the conditions of employees in the department (transportation, promotion, salary increase, salary deduction, dismissal from the post...) after consultation with the Department of Human Resources regarding the regulations, procedures and powers in this regard.
5. Evaluating the annual performance of employees and motivating them and seeing their needs and developing the performance of the department in accordance with the mechanisms in force in the department in addition to proposing training programs for employees both inside and outside the department
