We are searching for Business Development Associate Cum Counsellor (B2B) to join our team! As a Business Development Associate Cum Counsellor (B2B), you will be responsible for strategic and operational business development in education abroad domain.
Duties and Responsibilities
To connect with schools, colleges and universities to organise career counselling events.
To connect with persons and institutions for lead generation and application processing.
To develop a network of independent channel partners for education abroad activities.
Requirements
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor s degree in any stream preferred Degree in Sales & Marketing or a similar field
- Familiarity with CRM software preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent multitasking skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with good customer service skills
- Excellent presentation skills to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences
- Ready to work under pressure
- Excellent sales skills to sell value and create credibility
- Capability to maintain a high level of professionalism along with confidentiality
- Excellent people skills to build good relationships with people
- Excellent team play to work well in a team environment.

Skills Requirements: 10+2 in any steam preferred Bachelor s degree in any stream. Experience in education abroad as a counsellor for the UK. Familiarity with CRM and google sheets. Familiarity with entry requirements for various courses offered by UK universities, and admissions processes. Familiarity with scholarships offered for international students by UK universities. Excellent active listening, and excellent verbal and written communication (Fluent in English) skills. Excellent analytical and profile assessment skills along with people reading skills. Good organiser and multitasker with team spirit.
