Responsibilities:

You will be working with our pastry team, alongside assisting other kitchen areas when required.

You will be assisting Senior Chefs with the food preparation for all relevant menus & functions.

You will support with preparing and presenting high quality pastries & desserts and achieve all departmental targets.
