Cyber Security Manager

• Create and Monitor the implementation cybersecurity policies and procedures to align with industry best practices and compliance requirements.
• Design and execute an organization-wide cybersecurity plan, encompassing threats.
• Conduct regular threat analysis to identify emerging cyber threats.
• Plan and execute penetration testing to evaluate the security posture of systems and networks.
• Develop and deliver cybersecurity awareness guidelines.
• Monitor and Lead incident response for security breaches occur.
• Evaluate and recommend cybersecurity tools and technologies to enhance the organization's security posture.
• Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field, Master's degree preferred.
• Industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISA and CISM
• Proven experience of 7 years in cybersecurity.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
