- Initiate and coordinate the implementation of clients for designated regions
- Mediate between all deugro departments required to engage for a successful client onboarding
- Support and guide the regional stakeholders in Sales and Operations in implementing and re-engineering named accounts
- Ensure that customer’s needs and expectations are met throughout the implementation phase and start of service.
- Liaise with the deugro’s client sales representatives and customer to confirm expectations, timelines, and ownership, while ensuring a detailed analysis of customer requirements prior to implementation
