1. Manage the floor in coordination with the supervisor and ensure that there is no complaints are received.
2. Mentor the new joiners and ensure that they learn and follow the process as per the hospital policy.
3. Adheres to established departmental policies & procedures and initiates action, to attend patients, as per established procedures.
4. Greets patients and visitors, determines nature/ purpose of visit and direct them accordingly.
