- Respond to customers’ calls, requests, and enquiries, in addition to redirecting received calls to the required function in a timely manner while providing a high standard of communication in order to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain full knowledge of Raha’s business model, products and services and the price list.
- Track existing orders from the initial preparation stage to assigning the orders to drivers and follow up with drivers to track
final delivery time and provide customers with the status of their orders to avoid any miscommunication or delays in delivery to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Receive customers’ complaints and communicate with the concerned functions to investigate the same and determine the cause of the complaint and resolve the issue in a timely manner.
