Job Description

- Responsible for the preparation of all cost control documentation on the project. This includes building and infrastructure components of all project related components within each of the five (5) contract packages.
- Handles the cost / finance related matters throughout the entire duration. He/she will report to the Program Control Manager and will liaise with project stakeholders and communicate relevant reporting through the agreed communication lines. The role is vital to ensure any risk is forecasted and flagged up in a pro-active manner to enable the PM team review and take action in a timely manner. In addition, he/she will review and validate quantities submitted by the Contractors as required to facilitate approvals of milestones, payments, etc
