Conversion Press OperatorMachine Operator

The position requires the Associate to set up, run, troubleshoot, interpret and follow work instructions
• They will have a complete understanding of the operation and safety requirements for all conversion press related.
• This position is expected to have full knowledge of product quality, processes and procedures
• This position is expected to work with engineering on and off press to make quality and efficiency improvements.
• Performs regular checks on ends quality and other Q.A. checks. Do rectifications if necessary.
• Performs minor and major mechanical repairs on assigned machines and equipment’s, reports on machine breakdown to immediate supervisor for remedial action.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment per Engineering procedures and ensure charts or logs are up to date.
• Performs daily preventive maintenance checks on assigned machines and record the same on line log sheets and log book.
