Procurement Experience:
Procurement Strategy: Collaborate with procurement teams to align contract management with procurement strategies and objectives.
Cost Control: Monitor and control procurement costs related to contracts, identifying opportunities for savings and efficiency improvements.
SAP Competence:
SAP Utilization: Proficiency in using SAP or similar contract management software to track and manage contracts, monitor compliance, and generate reports.
Data Analysis: Utilize SAP to analyze contract data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in law, Business, or a related field (Masters degree or JD preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in contract management and legal roles, with a focus on pre-award/tendering.
Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement best practices, and relevant regulations.
Excellent negotiation and contract drafting skills.
Proficiency in SAP or other contract management software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
