Open Position: Technical Engineer, Voice & Network (IT Service Provider)
An IT service provider is currently Technical Engineer, Voice & Network to join them in their Kuala Lumpur
Key responsibilities include:
Possess any education level or working experience in Engineering
Attend to customers technical inquiries and provide technical support to ensure customers satisfaction covering Voice & Network product
Involve in troubleshooting, repair, modification, calibration and etc for Voice and Network
Having experience in Virtualization, Server and network infrastructure: Linux RedHat, TCP/IP, Firewalls,
Having IT certification such as CCNA, ITIL and etc would be added
Good communication and stakeholder management
