Conference Producer - B2B Events

his role will be heavily geared towards conducting in-depth market research in order to identify topics and speakers for an assigned portfolio of conferences, in addition to managing conference planning from inception to delivery stage. The Conference Producer will take initiative and project manage the seamless delivery of the conference including pre-event logistics management, partnership development and post conference analysis. This is an exciting role which offers exposure to many different industries with a broad scope of responsibilities.

In order to ensure the best quality content, speakers, and delegates the role will require extensive market research. In addition to this, the Conference Producer will successfully compile a topical conference programme that meets the needs of the identified target audience. A huge part of the role will involve forming natural working relationships and liaising with key business partners, speakers and fellow colleagues within different divisions of the organisation to ensure everything runs smoothly and that the organisation is perceived in a positive light.

The successful candidate should be Degree educated with a proven track record of at least 6 years organizing international conferences. Our client is looking to hire an individual who has exceptional interpersonal skills, is self-disciplined and able to prioritise and manage their own workload effectively to deliver within strict deadlines.
